- Skipasses can be purchased right at the Hotel: For maximum convenience, see us at the Reception Desk and you'll be ready for your holiday on skis straight away.
- Information Desk/enrolment in the Ortisei Ski School: Every Sunday, you can sign up for courses, enrol or get complete information right at the Hotel.
- Ski rental service: Everything you need for skiing will be readily available throughout your stay at the Hotel Genziana. Just choose the equipment you like at our partnered Ski Rental Service and…we'll take care of the rest!
- Skibus: Guests staying at the Hotel Genziana can take advantage of the Ski-Express bus service in the Val Gardena free of charge, so they can reach the ski lift facilities in the Val Gardena more conveniently.
- A shuttle service: In cooperation with the Ortisei Ski School, takes young children to the ski school slopes and back.
