Check-in/out:
on the day of arrival, your room and the hotel services will be available from 2.00 p.m. onwards. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the room and facilities within 10.00 a.m..

Pets:
are not allowed on our premises. Thank you for your understanding.

Booking confirmation:
the reservation is confirmed and guaranteed, as soon as you send us a deposit or give us a valid credit card number with its expiration date.

Accepted payment methods:
cash and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Eurocard) or Bancomat. We do not accept American Express and Diners.

Cancellation policy:
applied penalty charges (percentage applied to the amount of your reservation): up to

  • 30 days prior to arrival 0 % - The deposit will be valid for a future stay
  • from 29 to 8 days prior to arrival 50 % of the amount of your reservation
  • from 7 days prior to arrival or no show 100 % of the amount of your reservation

Premature departure:
in case of premature departure the whole period will be charged.

Hogast Travel Insurance:
in order to avoid cancellation fees due to illness or other justified reasons, we recommend subscribing to the Hogast Travel Insurance. The cost of the insurance is approximately 6 % of the reserved arrangement.
